What do customers think about Tuesday Morning compared to similar stores? How often are they going and how much are they spending?
The powerpoint below contains the results of a survey conducted about Tuesday Morning (TM) between May 2-9, 2018. It was completed by 674 off-price and discount shoppers across 36 states that TM operates in. Of the 674 participants, 100 were TM customers.
It looks at NPS, Customer experience, Visit & Purchase frequency, Spend, Perks, and Written customer feedback. It compares Tuesday Morning to HomeGoods, Big Lots, Marshals, Ross, Overstock.com, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, and Cost Plus World Market.
